Place 1 x RELIEF on CV-12, 1 x RELIEF on BL-23 and 1 x ACTION on PC-6.

CV-12
CV-12 Located on the midline of the body, one-half way between the base of the breastbone and the belly button.
Place 1 x RELIEF DISC on CV-12 as shown.
Helps in relieving stomach pains, abdominal spasms, indigestion, heartburn, constipation, and emotional stress such as worry and frustration that often causes digestive problems.

BL-23
BL-23 Located in the lower back, two finger widths away from the spine at waist level.
Place 1 x RELIEF DISC on BL-23 as shown.

PC-6 Located in the middle of the inner wrist, two-and- one- half finger widths below the wrist crease.
Place 1 x ACTION DISC on PC-6 as shown.

BL-47 located in the mid lower back, four finger widths from the spine at waist level.
Place 1 x RELIEF DISC on BL-47 as shown
Helps in relieving indigestion, abdominal pain, and stomachaches.

SP-4
SP-4 Located on the arch of the foot, thumb width back from ball.
Place 1 x ACTION DISC as shown on SP-4
Helps in relieving abdominal cramps, stomachaches, indigestion, and diarrhea. Can also be helpful for balancing a person who is inclined toward anxiety or hypochondria..
