Place 1 x ACTION on ST-34 as shown.

SP-4 Located on the arch of the foot, one thumb width in back of the ball of the foot.
Place 1 x SLIM DISC on SP-4 as shown.
Helps in strengthening the stomach and the spleen and also aids digestion.

CV-12 Located on the midline of the body, one-half way between the base of the breastbone and the belly button.
Place 1 x SLIM DISC on CV-12 as shown.
